Cashing out policy

The main priority of PokerGrant is safety of funds of our players. PokerGrant is always using separate accounts for keeping the funds of its players and does not use it for payment of operating expenses of the company. Our accounts are open in the top bank of Malta and are constantly controlled by MGA (Malta Gaming Authority). Thus, PokerGrant guarantees a possibility for its players to make a request to cash out at any moment in compliance with the safety regulation and request processing procedure.

Verification of users

To create a request for cashing out you need to fill in your personal data completely, and provide the required documents. Also you need to be identified by the security service. You may upload all the required documents and monitor your status during identification in the client program in menu “Account”/“Identification”. When preparing a request for cashing out the payment details provided by the user shall belong to that user.

Cashing out within the amount of made deposits

Cashing out will be made by any of the below mentioned methods, which You have used to make a deposit:

The payments are made only using the methods and only to the bank details used earlier to make a deposit. Within one method of funds depositing, payments will be made first of all on your earliest deposit, and last of all on your latest deposit. All payments are made in US dollars and will be converted automatically under the internal rules applicable to the chosen method. Thus, we are trying to protect our clients from fraudulence.

Limits for cashing out:

$500 per day / $1500 per week / $5000 per month.

The Maximum size of one transaction – $200 (You can make unlimited number of transactions within the overall limits).

Minimum withdrawal amount on the MasterCard is $100.

If you have been identified by our safety service, you may increase your limit of transfers by making a request to the PokerGrant support service, stating the reasons for changing the limits.

The payments will be made on each of the above mentioned methods as described earlier, within the framework of the total amount of deposits made throughout the whole period of using this method. When all limits are used, You will be able to perform a cashing out by any of the available methods within the framework of our policy on winning.

You may see the limits on each method in the Client Program in section “Cash-desk”/ “Cashing out”.

The deposits using the PokerJob balance are considered a separate method of deposit and the cashing out is not possible. Thus, all cases of cashing out are processed within the framework of cashing out policy applying all standard rules.

Please, note, that we are trying our best so that You receive the funds to the account details that You have stated when cashing out, however, in compliance with the rules of the PokerGrant Financial Service we reserve the right to cash out to any additional account of payment systems used by You to make a deposit that do not have any limits for accepting the funds. In this case You will receive a notice from the PokerGrant Financial Service to confirm these operations.

Request processing periods

To protect from conspiracy and fraudulence, the request for cashing out may be sent not earlier than 48 hours after the last deposit.

The request for cashing out will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

In certain circumstances when processing the transactions exceeding $500 in total (the sum of all pending transactions from one player), the period of cashing out may be additionally increased by 1-2 working days and consist up to 3 working days.

During week-ends and holidays the cashing out might be delayed for up to 24 hours in addition to the standard timing.

In particular cases additional information may be needed to fulfill the request for cashing out, and additional verification against fraudulence may be carried out. Such verifications are undertaken on a regular basis by the security service to ensure game integrity.

Also, we pay your attention that PokerGrant reserves the right to use additional conditions and criteria for determining the methods and period of cashing out available for a particular player.

Additional conditions for cashing out

PokerGrant undertakes to pay all the player’s expenses related to the payment system fees for introduction and cashing out. Thus, it is necessary that all deposited funds be completely used for the game. In this regard, each time you create a request for cashing out, we verify the minimum amount of CGP required for confirmation of the request for cashing out. Minimum amount of CGP is calculated as (Total amount of all player’s deposits)*10.
